Subject: For setting up a canteen on the
school campus.
Sir,
We have to honour to state that our school is
one of the best school in our town. Students come to this school from distant
places. So, they have to leave their residences early. They have to stay quite
along time we need a good tiffin. But
for want of a canteen we have to take tiffin from roadside restaurants are the
haunts of antisocials. So, the girl students can not go there to take tiffin.
Setting up a canteen will go a long to meet our needs.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would
be kind enough to make necessary steps to set up a canteen in our school campus
to remove suffering of the students.
